This is a petition to open up all schools in Illinois (Chicago area). It is ridiculously unfair that celebrities can still have concerts with no social distancing or face mask but, students in need of education can not return back to school. Mainly, high schoolers in the Chicago area aren’t allowed to go back yet. This has affected many scholars including athletes and prodigies mentally, emotionally, socially, physically and has simply deprived children of their future. This has caused children to become unmotivated and uneducated enough to continue their lives as successful citizens. This pandemic has effected all of us but it’s unfair to the ones who really want a future beyond covid. All students deserve hands on education.
