Homeless youth are at high risk of catching and spreading Coronovirus. They do not live in very clean environments. Chicago is big, with a large population of both homeless and sheltered citizens. If we can decrease their transmition of the virus we save both those homeless who are at-risk and surrounding citizens sharing a city. 

Homelessness is a big issue in urban cities, and that population is growing.
