At such an awkwardly angled junction you wouldn't think it'd be necessary but having lived within earshot of the junction for nearly 18 years it sounds like the ability to assess such junctions isn't as much of a given as you would hope, apparently for some, junction lines mean a rolling stop with a quick look regardless of the angle.

It's about time a change to a road preempts a major accident rather than one being required to make change, it's only a matter of time especially with the new housing/shopping complex being developed at the bottom of the road which will inevitably send more traffic up the road as well as down it.
