For nearly two years, mask mandates have been the rule.  Yet, they are probably illegal, they are most likely not effective (based on real science), they are definitely stifling, they may actually endanger an individual's physical health, and they certainly affect childhood development (mental, educational, and social).

Further, the masking requirements allow for exemptions, further negating their viability.

It is time to get rid of mask mandates in the U.S. and follow Dr. Fauci's latest (and finally sanest) recommendation that we now allow individuals to assess their risk tolerance for COVID and remove all mask mandates (including those for schools, airlines, and government workers (at all levels).  Further, once removed they should never again be implemented except in dire circumstances (not at a whim when there's a small surge in cases).

Please sign this petition and I will make sure it reaches key people at the executive and legislative levels in Washington, DC.  This includes the President of the United States.
