The Issue

New York State Senator Senator Pedro Espada Jr. caused a 31-31 tie when he switched over and voted with the Senate Republicans. Now the Senate is fighting over who's in charge instead of finishing the budget and passing needed legislation.

I like a Bloody Mary in the morning and a martini at night.
