The fairness doctrine of the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC), introduced in 1949, was a policy that required the holders of broadcast licenses both to present controversial issues of public importance and to do so in a manner that fairly reflected differing viewpoints, was removed by Reagan's administration. That resulted in Reagan's friend, a foreign citizen [Rupert Murdock], getting fast-tracked citizenship and creating the Fox News Network.

As a direct result of Reagan's FCC removing the Truth in Broadcasting directive, we are left with constant lies and don't know where to turn or who to trust.

MR. PRESIDENT, BRING BACK THE FAIRNESS DOCTRINE AND PUT SOME TEETH IN IT !!!
