90 days of notice period is like bonded labor. Non of the developing countries or developed nations are having this. The transition can easily happen in 15-30 days maximum. Hence signing the petition.

Companies cannot stop anyone. Any knowledge transfer needs only 2 weeks not more than that. Some candidates ask in the interview that what’s the notice period policy :)
