Ban the terror group - Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) is a terrorist organisation banned throughout the world, including The United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union.
But not the UK and this must change!
Britain has only banned its "General Command" (PFLP-GC), which it banned in 2014 despite the PFLP-GC being effectively defunct since the eighties. Meanwhile the main body of the PFLP which continues to carry out terror attacks is completely legal under UK law.
Here are just a few examples of PFLP terrorism:
- The 2014 Jerusalem synagogue massacre in which four Jewish rabbis and a policeman were butchered.
- Suicide bombings like the Carmel Market bombing 1 November 2004, which killed 3 Israelis and the Petah Tikva bombing on 25 December 2003 which killed 4 Israelis.
- Numerous plane hijackings, with the subsequent murders of passengers and crew.
Enough is enough. If Britain is to genuinely say "no to terror" then all terrorist organisations must be banned without compromise. We must follow the lead of the European Union and United States and proscribe the PFLP. This is one simple step that the UK Government can take to demonstrate that extremism will not be tolerated in this country.
Therefore, we call upon the UK Government to ban the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in the UK in its entirety.
