A ZEBRA CROSSING ON WESTBOURNE ROAD

Every day, hundreds of residents, grand-parents, parents, carers and children cross Westbourne road to go to school, to work, to church, to the farm, to the library, to the park...

Everyone recognises that the crossing, especially at rush hour, is dangerous. In the past 4 years, there have been 15 collisions recorded by the MET.

We are asking Islington Council to install a Zebra Crossing at the crossroads of Bride Street and Westbourne Road as we are convinced it will regulate the traffic and make the road SAFER for everyone.
