The Depaertment of Infrastructure is out of control and incapable of delivering the Douglas Promenade project. 

Mr Baker appeared on Manx Radio on 30th June and denied that the scheme would be further delayed, then a short few days later the scheme was delayed by another month. 

Mr Baker has shown great contempt for the Manx public and should resign
