The Councillor for Ward 90, Isipingo and surrounds is never available for the community. He was around when campaigning yet after being elected, he is now missing in action. Other community members are real icons in the area ass they are the ones doing the job of the councillor without the big pay check, infact without any paycheck.
This petition is to show to the DA how people feel about this councillor stepping down and giving the title to someone that actually cares and someone that the community can turn to.
