Middlemount pool is a beautiful resource in our community.   

To keep the pool open during the winter, it would not be necessary to build any new structures.  The only cost would be to hire a lifeguard during the winter time but the staffing could be lowered by having lifeguards only during lap times and peak hours. This is for the interest of public health and recreation, and an investment in improving the lives of people of all ages in Middlemount.

The community is currently under the impression that there is a high level of interest in this idea and if we can get this petition signed as many times possible, we will present it to the local council.
