Currently #Zillow lists my home as being on the market for 262 days with a realtor I have NOT used since August of 2019. I have contacted them about this error numerous times and so has the agent and I can't login to modify the information He contacted them in August when the listing ended. Yet, Zillow has NOT corrected the problem; telling us that someone will get back to us, but no one ever does. In the past, Zillow grossly undervalued my home price and its rental capability. Their claim of how much I could rent my home for was wrong based on actual rental data. Zillow, continues to interfere with my ability to retire and financial life by advertising incorrect financial information to the public about my home. Regulation needs to be enacted against this giant that is currently being sued in Washington State by many homeowners for their gross inaccuracy of Zestimate and Truila, which Zillow also owns. Actual rent received must override their algorithm, as well as local appraisal information. Please, let's join together and limit the power of big monopolies that hurt people; especially middle class homeowners and people trying to retire. Zillow and other companies should not be able to defame our real property with private algorithms. Is Zillow intentionally manipulating real estate markets on behalf of their investors?
