The owner of 301 Lake Front in Irondequoit, Ny has proposed Building and development of a 90’ by 54’ structure which includes a house and 3 car garage as well as landscaping and a driveway which will interfere with the use, view and enjoyment of hundreds of residents who live along the north side of West Irondequoit, of an area along West Irondequoit’s beach front which has never been developed for over hundreds of years. This owner has illegally dumped contaminated materials multiple times without a permit, raised the elevation of a portion of the property illegally, buried a public walkway in total disregard for the Town, the Environment and the Community.  This further proposed building and development encroaches on DEC protected lands, and encroaches and blocks access to a public walkway with fencing, pavers and asphalt in disregard for the law and the community. He purchased this property knowingly of all the environmental restrictions and easements of the land. But, claims victim that he is being denied the opportunity to build his house. He provided a deceptive drawing to area residents to obtain their approval of his building and failed to tell them the actual dimensions, existence of fence running around the property and through the public walkway or a 3 car garage as part of his plan.  If this building and development is allowed to proceed it will impact the character and access of the Community to this beautiful area, and will affect runoff and other environmental factor in this area. Please Sign the petition to stop further building and development by the Owner of 301 Lake Front.
