Everyone’s knows Mr. Samuel hail as a member of military group the Tigray defense forces the rebel group who are fighting the Ethiopian government In northern region Ethiopia province of Tigrinya.   It is highly possible Mr. Samuel providing financial assistant to rebel group who are fighting northern region Ethiopia province of Tigrinya. 

As Eritreans Canadians Communities we are saddened learn that Mr. Samuel hail has apply for permanent resident to be resettle to Canada and Mr. Samuel he will  continue divide  our Eritreans Canadians Communities. In Canada and   As Eritreans Canadians Communities in all provinces of Canada we are signing petition against Mr. Samuel hail application for Permanent Resident
