Mazin Mohamedali needs our voices to get him out of the horrible situation Iowa University of Police is creating for him after getting arrested for "Unlawful Assembly". A small charge that they are turning it into a narrative in which Mazin now cannot even post bail. The Iowa Judicial branch states it is "Administering Justice Under The Law Eqaully To All Persons"; This however is extremely false in Mazin Mohamedali case in which they are obviously targeting him, and trying to make an example of him for being a strong activist.

"One of Iowa City's vocal leaders against police brutality was arrested Sunday by Iowa City police for unlawful assembly, University of Iowa police filed charges of criminal mischief.

"Mazin Mohamedali, 20, was often seen speaking in front of protesting crowds organized by the Iowa Freedom Riders. The group formed as protests across the country grew demanding an end to systemic racism and justice for George Floyd."

Mazin Mohamedali was technically arrested for unlawful assembly while "demanding an end to systemic racism and justice for George Floyd.".

If you would like to know why they are criminalizing him...

""IDOC claimed that statement demonstrated Mohamedali “poses a threat to the community and local law enforcement.” The department said it is seeking to have Mohamedali’s probation revoked.

Mohamedali was sentenced to three years of probation as part of a 2018 plea deal, in which he pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree robbery. According to court records, this is the second time Mohamedali has been charged with violating the terms of his probation. In December 2019, he was charged with contempt of court, which was a violation. He was also arrested in January for possession of a controlled substance, after police discovered he was in possession of marijuana. That case remains open.""
