Equality for Manx residents with disabilities

Currently, the Isle of Man does not have the Equality act. This enables disabled people to stand up for their rights, and not be discriminated against, because we are different. I myself, as a blind person, also with epilepsy, have tried applying for jobs, and was told no, or have had my CV ignored completely. Why should we have our confidence destroyed, when we can work. We just need the chance. If the UK, and US can pass such laws, can't we?
