Bring back printed secondary PGCE student handbooks for those who need them

This year the IoE decided that all secondary PGCE students would not receive a printed subject handbook as previous years have.
The handbook contains important information about the course including module information, assignments, timetables, deadline details, assessment criteria, placement information, templates, etc - it's the go to document for students throughout the year.
Some students learn better with a physical copy of resources that they can return to throughout the year without needing to rely on electronic devices and internet access. Also, some students need physical copies of resources in order to support their learning needs.
Students should be given the option as to whether they would like a printed copy of the handbook.
