Currently the laws on where a PEV (personal electric vehicle) (these include e scooters,  electric unicycles, onewheels, longboards) can be used are vague, they will soon be actual laws for enforcement with fines attached. 

As the popularity of PEV's grows quickly I want to build a safe haven where PEV owners will be able to use their PEV's without any worries.

This petition is to show investors that there is more than an adequate amount of interest in order for this park to be financially successful and provide a profit margin to both the owner and investor.

This park would also be available to non electric scooters and skateboards etc.
