TD WebBroker accounts have suffered significant loss of service for the past fortnight which is preventing registered account holders from accessing their brokerage accounts.
This is a recurring decimal that TD Waterhouse has repeatedly failed to act on and rectify. As a result of the loss of service, there have been in addition a mammoth loss of revenue as account holders are simply unable to log in to place trades.
I personally have been unable to seize the opportunity to place trades when there has been a favourable dip in ACB stock prices. To add insult to the injury, calling the webbroker hotline is futile as the calls are ignored with no one ready to offer any technical support.
This is utterly unacceptable and WE SHOULD HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.
