The Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights must open an immediate investigation into the diplomatic and financial role of France and Germany that has contributed to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukrainian territory since 2014, and its subsequent war of aggression since 24 February, 2022.

The international community has a responsibility to prevent Russian war crimes, crimes against humanity and human right abuses against Ukrainians.

The Russian war of aggression is a threat to global peace and security. All corrupt politicians in Germany and France who had and still have personal, business, and/or any other undeclared relations and/or agreements with the Kremlin regime, must face EU justice after an independent investigation is conducted. 

The democratic values of the European Union require commitment and  accountability in order to safeguard freedom, human rights, dignity and rule of law, today and for future generations.
