Why this petition matters

Started by T Delynn

The totality of the facts strongly indicate my arrest for arson 7-16-2019 was an act of retaliation by fire marshal because of an investigation started into him after I submitted complaints about him to city attorney 5-30-2019. The fact that there was no evidence of my guilt of arson strenghtens this claim.

After waiting going on 4 years, I've been told the prosecutor is intentionally not acknowledging the facts and truth of my case because to do so could mean having to reexamine every case this corrupt official has handled which could prove to be an embarrassment to the District Attorney.

This petition is to push a request for a real investigation be conducted by Bell County District Attorney Henry Garza into case #81068 Delynn for the official misconduct of the fire marshal and his investigator.

Allowing corrupt officials to continue unhindered for any reason puts the entire community at risk. Every citizen is a potential victim of those who misuse and abuse their position and badge to ensure outcomes that suites their own needs and opinions.

These few bad apples are spoiling other apples in the orchard. It's time to weed the bad ones out and give them consequences for their betrayal to the community they took an oath to protect.

The entire story with verifiable evidence proving facts of my story is open to everyone at "Poor Justice" on Facebook. No friend requests needed.

We the people of America need to take our American Justice back from the corrupt. We can do it one case at a time. Signing this petition for the request for investigation by the DA of Bell County for possible official misconduct in my legal situation is only the beginning of advocating for what is right and just.

We can have equal justice for all if we take a stand together and demand it!
