In light of recent news that the New York Attorney General's Office is investigating Frontier Communications for unreliable services being provided to paying customers (For news story follow this link: http://www.whec.com/news/attorney-general-frontier-investigation/4402407/#.WLHSN9PH5YY.facebook this petition is meant to encourage officials in Alabama to investigate the unreliable services provided to paying customers by Frontier Communications in Alabama and shore up the integrity of the company's promises to customers. This petition seeks to bring attention to:
-Unexplained and frequent blackout periods
-Slower internet speeds provided than what customer is paying for
-Inability to access needed services in rural areas where it is paramount to receive landline phone service in the absence of adequate cellular service in order to ensure communication during an emergency
-Delay of refunds or customers being overcharged
