Investigate Dep Commissioner Craig Mackey breach of standards of professional behaviour

Dep commissioner Craig Mackey and other Police officers travelling in the same car watched and did not intervene in the Murder of there unarmed colleague Keith Palmer.

From information via the press i personally consider this to breach two standards of professional behaviour all police officers are subject too.

1.Duties and responsibilities: They will be diligent in the exercise of his duties and responsibilities

2. Conduct:  behave in a manner, whether on or off duty, which does not bring discredit on the police service or undermine public confidence in policing.

I know that should this have been an officer of lower rank an investigation would have been commenced into why officers did not at least try to intervene to which they are surely duty bound to do.

The officers surely are obliged to carry PPE should they encounter any incidents travelling to and from a meeting whilst in work, have the officers recently taken part in personal safety training which includes tactical communications which could of have at least been shouted from the car window and if not why? I know that I and many others are disgusted from the information that has been conveyed by the press with regards to MACKEY's lack of response to a dynamic serious incident to which he should have been an expert in dealing with having probably been GOLD command at many incidents.

I have complete faith that should the police professional standards department be able to investigate the matter they will investigate the matter thoroughly and conclude with a correct outcome having been exposed to all the facts.
