The problem is that there has been no accountability for the inhumane treatment of Beagles in lab experiments funded by Dr Anthony Fauci. The beagles were tortured by cutting out their vocal cords and then placing their heads in boxed areas where their heads were eaton by vicious sandflies. The investigation which is requested to be before USCongress should determine the purpose and details of the experiments, results and why our tax payer funds were used.
