Prosecute Ben Caspit

Ben Caspit, a prominent Israeli journalist, wrote in his article (Hebrew) on Tuesday Dec 19, 2017 a cunning suggestion:

‘We should exact a price’ from Ahed Tamimi ‘in the dark,’

“In the case of the girls, we should exact a price at some other opportunity, in the dark, without witnesses and cameras”

It is clear what Ben Caspit is inciting for.
Caspit’s remarks have been noticed in mainstream media, but they have not received the seriousness they deserve. These are not just words.

Ben caspit is referring to a 16 year old palestinian child, Ahed Tamimi.

Ahed Tamimi was arrested by Israeli Forces for no real reason.
Many Palestinian teens are struggling everyday from IDF for no reasons.
Ahed is not the only one, not the first either, but she had the courage to defend herself where people like her has absolutely zero rights.

The inciter ( Ben Caspit ) is one who reaches out and seeks to influence the mind of another to commit a crime.

In criminal law, incitement is the encouragement of another person to commit a crime. Depending on the jurisdiction, some or all types of incitement may be illegal. Where illegal, it is known as an inchoate offense, where harm is intended but may or may not have actually occurred.

The plan to commit crime may exist only in the mind of one person until others are incited to join in, at which point the social danger becomes more real.

Are we going to wait for this to happen?!

We need your support to prosecute Ben Caspit so no crime may occur. And so other offenders think twice before inciting such a crime.

What if Ahed is your child? Or the other countless victims arrested with no charges?

Insinuating rape or abuse for any reason at all is absolutely unacceptable.

Our voice can be heard if we are loud enough. Sign this petition, pass it along - perhaps this is all they have. Wouldn't you want that for your own?
