Urgent plea to rescue women and children Captured by ISIS in Syria July 25, 2018

Urgent cry to pressure political leaders and all international organizations to immediately work collaboratively to rescue 32 innocent women and their children (age 2-17) who have been taken hostage by ISIS when their remote desert villages in the southern province of Sweida, Syria, were attacked by hundreds of ISIS militants on July 25, 2018.

In less than 4 hours ISIS attacked, burnt alive and slaughtered by guns and knives over 250 people, some were babies.

Once more ISIS commits another genocide, this time they have targeted a Syrian community of Druze, who are one of the world’s smallest religious minority. Like the Yazidis, Druze are regarded as heretics by ISIS.

Since the July 25 genocide and abduction, 3 hostages and one newborn whose mother gave birth during the abduction have died. ISIS also executed in cold blood 2 other hostages and freely posted the gruesome video of the killing on social media for the whole world to helplessly watch in fear and terror.

ISIS has threatened to kill the rest of the victims should their unrealistic and impossible demands remain unanswered.

It is our responsibility to demand serious and immediate action to locate and rescue those victims from the torture, human trafficking and sexual slavery, to name a few of ISIS brutality. Failure to do something will not only threaten the lives and rights of the abducted victims, but the lives and safety of all of us. Nobody is safe as long as ISIS exists.
