Figure Skating - Judging & Scoring System

Figure Skating is an all rounded sports - a combination of artistry & sports but somehow many of us felt that the sport has lost its artistry & beauty in the recent years competition.
There need to be a balance in the system to prevent skaters from excessively backloading all their jumps after the 2nd half of the program. Backloading generates additional bonus points but it does makes the whole program & choreography seems unbalance & not enjoyable to watch.
I hope the ISU could start implementing rules to stop backloading in programs; For example:
For Short Program: No Bonus point to be implemented.
For Free Program: There should be a limitation on how many jumping passes to be performed after the halfway point.
On Quad Jumps for men: There should be a limitation to how many quads to be performed. There are now skaters trying to do 5 or 6 or even more quads in a program. It is taxing for the skaters and higher risk for a skater to be injured.
In all, there should be a balance between jumps and skating in figure skating. We don't want a skater to constantly perform jumps throughout the program, it seems like a ice jumping competition & losing the essence of figure skating.
