The “Russian Olympic Committee” is just a cheap way for Russia to compete in the Olympics. You are letting them avoid their punishment and I can guarantee they’re still cheating. Regardless if they don’t fly a flag or play the anthem, the country still identifies them as the countries team and they absolutely represent Russia. For using this loophole, first the loophole should be fixed, saying that no Olympic Committee names can mention a country, state, city, or providence that is a part of one bigger country. All members of the Russian Olympic Committee should be disqualified. And Russia should be banned for an additional Olympics and prevented from forming a committee of any kind.
