Changing the money-game-rules in favour of 88,888% of all breathing human beings

Every person using money as a currency on a regular basis is concerned. A very small minority of that group (estimated at 11,112% is considerably high, why this symbolic number of all 8's? Because of the fact that the sum of all euro coins and notes gives the exact amount of 888,88€) have an advantage of our 'eternal' economic growth model society as it is. Therefore, we can hopefully agree that the upcoming decades there is no need to create more new money or that the quantity of money in circulation at the moment is sufficient enough.

The easiest way to do this is to make the smallest and sustainable of changes possible. This is why the rounding rules should or have to be adapted. At the moment the rounding rules are as follows:

- 1,2,3 and 4 thousandths of 1 EUR (one Euro) becomes 0 hundredths of a EUR

- 5,6,7,8 and 9 thousandths of 1 EUR (one Euro) becomes 1 hundredths of a EUR

That means that for every average of 10 transactions the actual rules create 1 hundredths of a EUR out of nothing! (no link with any reality except for the actual rules) which will not change a life of any individual person who is not in power.

The proposal so as to make it better for a large majority of people worldwide:

- 1,2,3,4 and 5 thousandths of 1 EUR (one Euro) becomes 0 hundredths of a EUR

- 6, 7, 8 and 9 thousandths of 1 EUR (one Euro) becomes 1 hundredths of a EUR

Here, the proposed rules decrease the quantity of money with 1 hundredth of a € with no link to any reality than to the proposed, new rules. The difference between the two rules is 2 hundredths of a € every 10 (ten) transactions.

I want to encourage to sign because of this examples: you go to the supermarket and you buy f.e. 36 products, how many times the supermarket apply the rounding rules? yes 36 times, second example: you work one month and get your salary at the end, how many times does they apply the rounding rules? yes, 1 time. This examples show us that big companies have advantage with actual rounding rules that go up more oftenly (5/9) and we, consumers have relatively talking advantage with rounding rules that go down more oftenly (also 5/9) as in proposed rounding rules.
