POLITICIANS NEED TO BE HELD TO ACCOUNT FOR THEIR ACTIONS. AUSTRALIAN PM SCOTT MORRISON AND HIS GOVERNMENT HAVE BEEN UNDERMINING LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ACTIONS TO ADDRESS CLIMATE CHANGE LEADING TO TRAGIC AND FORESEEABLE DEATHS OF AUSTRALIANS, PACIFIC ISLANDERS AND OTHERS FROM EXTREME CLIMATE EVENTS, INCLUDING HEAT STROKE, BUSHFIRES, TROPICAL CYCLONES. 

This petition to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) requests that the prosecutor investigates and prosecutes Australian PM Scott Morrison and his Cabinet Ministers for Crimes Against Humanity in violation of the ICC's Rome Statute arising from its undermining of the national and international action to address climate change and global warming which has led to the foreseeable deaths of residents in Australia, Pacific Island Nations and other countries as a consequence of more extreme weather events, heat stroke, wildfires, drought, tropical cyclones and flash flooding
