I'm a true lover of the sport and passionate about spreading it across the world. Countries like the USA who have not played the last few world cups would be more excited and dedicated towards playing the sport.

I believe that every nation deserves and has a right to play this beautiful game. Even if they are new to cricket they are doing fabulously great. Im from INDIA but i want my AFGHAN brothers to play this beautiful game. And want more great centuries from O'Brien bros and great matches from my afghan brothers.

I love the pure game of Test Cricket...I have since I was eight years of age...I am now 73 years of age and the pure forms of the game especially Test Cricket have important life characteristics that the shorter forms lack....such as bowling and batting skills that are strategically used over a number of days...not to mention honesty and integrity.

The competition is very enjoyable and more interesting as it is, I think to concentrate the teams taking part will be detrimental to a competition that is deemed as the 'World Cup of Cricket'

Because I care about the game of cricket and know how important it is for cricketers outside the big 10 to get international exposure. None of the reasons given for the tourament's reduction to 10 teams makes sense.

It seems crazy to reduce the number of teams in the World Cup at a time where some Associate nations are beginning to have success against the top teams

My husband & I have been devoted cricket fans for many decades & were members of the SCG for all those years. However, we cancelled our membership a couple of years ago when Test cricket transformed from the highest form of skilled, subtle test of the finest world cricketers, to just another form of mass entertainment. This occurred incrementally, with the introduction of intrusive fanfares of music & unwanted mass entertainment avenues on the grounds. But most significantly, it became apparent in the change of the conduct of the game itself as a result of the effect of the short forms of the game. Subtle tests of character & skill were subsumed by the desire for hard slogging, constant action cricket. It has desyroyed the game.

I'm signing because I don't want the CWC to be reduced only to a ten-team affair. Associates should be given a chance to play against the big teams and their performance gap against full embers are decreaasing day-by-day.
