From what we have seen in England in last WTC final, Champions trophy, ICC 50 overs World Cup,we don't want to see rain instead of a good cricketing action of Test Cricket. English weather is very very unpredictable and it is not healthy to host big tournaments. Either they should make cover stadium or shift Venue to India/Australia because they will give you same crowds as of England!
