IMPLEMENT Sec. 4.5 of WOOLF REVIEW

Dear Members of the ICC Executive Board
We cricket fans around the globe hereby kindly appeal to you to implement Sec. 4.5 of the WOOLF REVIEW - Submissions from the global cricket community (Pages 43 - 45)
The issues raised in the Woolf Review by cricket fans have been widely debated over a period of time in social media and simply did not originate overnight and they contain well thought out ideas and suggestions from intelligent people of various professions.
The question now is - Would the ICC disregard an entire Chapter of the Woolf Review?
The world is watching.
Lord Woolf has specifically encouraged ICC to look into the possibility of forming a CRICKET SUPPORTERS' SUB-COMMITTEE and we would encourage you to use the model used by Liverpool Football Club (LFC) Supporters' Committee for the purpose of selecting the committee.
Through such a Sub-Committee cricket fans would be able to formally table Resolutions at ICC level as well as participate in formal debates and offer their invaluable input.
We cricket fans feel aggrieved that we are called 'stakeholders of the game' merely to fill seats at matches or fill eyeballs in front of TV screens during matches and for nothing more. Please take it from us that we can offer a greater service to the game in an intellectual capacity than you would ever imagine. There are doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers, artistes, writers and many other professionals among us and cricket is the loser for not utilising our services.
2) Apart from a Cricket Supporters' Committee, there are other suggestions under Sec. 4.5 of the Woolf Review - Submissions from the global cricket community - and we would encourage ICC to appoint a SPECIAL COMMITTEE to canvass further input from cricket fans on these issues.
Do cricket fans deserve anything less?
