Occupiers in Ukraine do not allow the Red Cross to carry out its work, thus violating international agreements. The Red Cross is obliged to notify the world community about this, but does not do this and thus does not fulfill its direct duties that were assigned to it by the world community. Red Cross we need your help right now! 

The civilian population of the eastern occupied cities does not have access to medicines, food, water, light, and help does not come from outside the surrounded territories. Babies need baby food, the wounded need help, the sick and the elderly need medicines.
