Remove Alex Cruz as Chairman & CEO of British Airways

Since becoming Chairman and CEO of British Airways, Alex Cruz has implemented many policies that have cheapened the BA brand, reduced customer benefits, and created friction between BA cabin crew and executive management.
Alex Cruz has cheapened the British Airways brand by removing free food and bar service on short haul routes, leaving very little (if any) distinction between the airline and low cost carriers. He has approved the addition of seats to Airbus short haul air craft, reducing seat pitch to be below Ryanair on some aircraft. In addition he's approved 10-across seating on Boeing 777 aircraft, making an already cramped economy cabin more cramped.
Mr Cruz has cheapened the First experience by removing fresh flowers from the toilets and reducing menu options. In Club, he's failed to keep the product competive, still cramming 8-across in some aircraft configurations. British Airways has opted out of priority baggage handling, the only OneWorld carrier to have such an opt-out.
Alex Cruz has put profits over people, and as the national carrier of the United Kingdom this is an utter disgrace. We, the undersigned, implore Willie Walsh to immediately fire Alex Cruz and work with BA staff and customers to restore the airline to its former glory.
