A woman called the police stating that a man had killed her dog and that the man was still on the scene, this was a complete lie the dog was vicious and Rodriguez Pam was in front of the dog while the dog still growling and ready to attack him and his family when one officer arrived on scene, a second officer pulled up moments later and fired his weapon killing Rodriguez  even though he had never made any moves of aggression towards the officers at all. The first officer being there minutes before clearly had to know  that he was not a threat to the officer himself. However the second officer acted recklessly out of fear and improper training killing him.Please lend your help in signing this petition so there can be an investigation into why no-one  is being held accountable for the death of Rodriguez Pam.this could be your child, or brother or father or husband. If we stand idly by and watch as this just goes y without any type of consequence, or reprimand for the irresponsible actions of not only the person who falsely reported the incident leading to his death, but the second officer who arrived on scene. The video will show that lethal force was not necessary and that the entire altercation was over very quickly with him being brutally gunned down. Had the second officer followed lead of the first on scene following protocol by trying to de-escalate the situation and getting the facts of the misinformation,  5children would still be with their father today.
