We strongly request for recovery of PAK records due to server errors on iChart.

We can no longer just sit and watch iChart taking away the recognition and records that an artist deserves while it is described as the first and only chart that combines all online music chart ranks in South Korea, showcasing its clarity and trustworthiness. Even if there is a problem with iChart’s website, if all the individual charts are being updated as per normal, recovery of these records is undoubtedly necessary. There should not be cases where this incredible record of topping the music charts from all 5 major platforms (MelOn, Genie, Flo, Vibe, Bugs) at once turns into nothing only due to the server error on a website that combines these charts.

Please show a “clear” and “trustworthy” action as written in your description of the chart system. We strongly request for recovery of unfairly lost PAK records, which was only caused by the problem on iChart (not on each music platform), and your official statement upon this case.
