The petition is for requesting the Governor of New Jersey to provide Instate tution in higher education institutions  for F1 students who  are residents of NJ , have done their high schooling from the state of New Jersey and are still below the age of 21. 

By doing this the State of New Jersey will benefit at large as students can transition from H4 dependent visa to F1 , can avail important internship and job opportunities during their studies and contribute by becoming taxpayers at an early age and above all contributing to the state economy more vibrantly without any stress or tension .  

This will also reduce considerable stress from minds of parents who have been active taxpayers in the state .
