We have a serious community problem with illegal drag-racing occurring various hours of the night up and down Hill Oaks Road. The purpose of this petition is to request the Department of Public Works to install between two or three speed humps, which will be placed near the gate at the back of the school to the Chaney’s Choice brick wall, or one speed hump at the brick wall.  As you know, Hill Oaks Road is a long road, and the speed humps in the desired locations will curtail this reckless behavior. We are not requesting speed humps throughout Hill Oaks Road. 

This petition is the beginning process to implement change in our community. We need officials to take this matter seriously before someone is injured or killed.
