Recently I took my young family of my wife, 4 year old and a 1 year old, to a local McDonald's in the Cache Valley, and as we were getting ready to leave smelled a dirty diaper, so I went and grabbed the diaper bag from the car, took my one year old into the men's restroom to change the stinky diaper, there was no baby changing table available in the men's room. So, knowing it was late, I tried the women's restroom which was empty, they also did not have a baby changing table to my surprise.

It is a very kid friendly restaurant, usually (but the play place was closed for Covid still) but having a baby changing table is extremely important, useful, safer and cleaner when Dads and Moms need to change a child's diaper than the dirty floor, or a very small alredy wet sink top which is frequently the only other resort.

I and many others are interested in some sort of bill/law that would help any and all businesses including restaurants, theaters, schools, parks, etc to have baby changing tables in both men and women's restrooms. I tried contacting my local congressman and senator, and only got a generic reply from one of them, so this is my next step.
