I wanted to purchase hair from a vendor on Instagram @breanna_world and I needed it before a certain date. I confirmed when it would get to me and we agreed on a date. I paid and waited. It didn't come that week or the next 2 weeks and she didn't respond to any of my messages. I kept sending and eventually, I called her out on Instagram and said I didn't want the hair again cause the reason I ordered it had passed. She told me that she just sent out the order 2days ago and if I didn't want it, I should give it out. Mind you this is 3 week after the arrangement. This happened since August. Help me get my money back
