Starting with the sudden rise in online hatred of women in the last few years, new content creators saw it as a chance to build their audience and profit from promoting misogynistic teachings to men.

FreshandFit podcast and many other channels indoctrinate men with misogynistic tendencies, disguised under the name of Red Pill as "truth" or teachings with the false motive of trying to help men in relationships and dating life.

The Red Pill belongs in corner of the internet known as the manosphere. Manosphere members (some calling themselves incels) promote violence against women, which has resulted in known incidents and caused deaths, a few of those being cases of Elliot Rodger and Alek Minassian.

Some of the following are all found around the content of the manosphere channels, promoted by videos and comment sections:

  • Women's true life goal is being a housewife,
  • A woman's value is determined on the men, without them she has no value,
  • Her ambition and her career lower her value (remove chances of having a relationship),
  • All women are crazy and/or delusional
  • Women are replaceable accessories,
  • Men should have the right to "punish" their women for behavior that they deem unacceptable,
  • - Men should be able to cheat with their  with multiple women (excused as exploring their option or "men don't cheat, only women do.),
  • Men must "train" their wives into being worthy of their relationship,
  • Never trust a woman's words, never take her seriously or ignore her as much as possible

FreshandFit podcast has already been de-platformed from Instagram and multiple times from Tik-Tok for the same reason why removing them from YouTube will help to protect women in online spaces and slowly prevent indoctrination of young men from misogyny and hatred towards all women.
