Tell Instagram to restore Addison’s account at @breakthebinary and protect them from “reports” solely based on transphobia. Addison’s account has been taken down twice in the past week, displaying a banner claiming “User not found”. From our understanding, this is due to falsified reports targeting their account because they are trans. The account @breakthebinary has not violated any community guidelines, yet Instagram has chosen to disable their account. Join us in telling Instagram that transphobia such as this should not be tolerated and that accounts should not be removed without having violated community guidelines.
