As per LAdakh sub ordinate rule we Arts background students are not eligible for finance Account Assistant currently reffered to SSC. But for same post jk ut consider all graduates. Last time all graduates were eligible for panchayat account assistant posts  We Arts background are only eligible for 10-15 posts
