Dear Kia Europe,

Worldwide owners of Kia vehicles (US, Canada, Korea, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East) can easily download and upgrades their infotainment and navigation system quite easily and without any problems. (url: https://update.kia.com/US/EN/Main

Therefore in Europe and UK, this functionality is restricted.

We did understand there might be legal restrictions such as 7-year warranty; but however all other car brands give opportunity to their customer to provide restricted (or not) updates to their customers' car.

Desperately no news or return of reason if this feature is going to be enabled or not for Europe. 

Giving opportunity to update from your website gives those advanges:

-> Reduces hacking of images (on bulletin boards) or selling services by 3-rd party ressellers (thus lack of income for Kia)

-> Reduces bogus or errors/unattended access in previous release of the images.

-> Improves image branding of Kia via their customers.

-> Reduces map error; or use of third party apps through CarPlay or Android Auto.

Please release asap to EU/UK region the update tool like other parts or the world.
