Common citizens are facing economic hardships.As most of us belongs to middle-class families our Parents are not in the position to pay the fees demanded by the colleges, also their is no consumption of any college amenities i.e infrastructure, electricity and other maintenance expenses this helps in decreasing expenditure of the college which provides a solid ground for fees concession to students.
