As the Indigo Shire bye-laws currently stand horse riding will not be permitted on or alongside the Beechworth to Yackandandah Rail trail. Sign this petition to tell the Indigo Shire Council that they need to change their bye laws and build the shoulder of the rail trail wide enough to permit the passage of horses.
