Child molesters offend ,they receive only a few years and sent to a prison which only house them offenders. If we mandate 20 years which I belive they have to do 85 percent of their time so roughly 15 years straight time for touching kids would make them think twice about re-offending ,unfortunately the system slaps them on the wrist and gives them a few years and they are out to re-offend again stop the madness save our children
