Release George Ellis to Parole

Release George Ellis to Parole
Who is George A. Ellis, and why should I support him being released to parole? To answer this question, one should first understand the true effects and impact incarceration has on a person. Incarceration is said to be in the interest of reformation or rehabilitation, yet it actually merely acts to warehouse human beings. incarceration can't change a man's heart or make him want a better life for himself. However, a man can find God and become born again or renew in spirt. as state in John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him verily, verily, I say unto thee except a man be born again he can't see the kingdom of God.
Since his return to prison on August 9, 2019 for a parole violation stemming from a driving without a license incident. Mr. Ellis has been diligently studying in order to earn his license upon his release. He has also admitted and acknowledged that he cannot navigate life completely on his own accord. Thus, he has strived to build upon his faith and has obtained a more intimate relationship with God. His actions have conveyed nothing but hiss as he has remained free and clear of violations. Mr. Ellis has completed a substance abuse program, leadership and mentoring classes and attended a Global Leadership Summit. He has also completed 25 skills of educational programs, earning a certificate for each one. Through these programs and opportunities Mr. Ellis has not only learned to identify his flawed or negative thought patterns but has obtained the knowledge and tools needed to affect a lasting and meaningful change.
Mr. Ellis became incarcerated at a young age and remained confined for about 26 years. He is now a 42-year-old father of three children, ages 2, 10, and 12. He is as active and involved in their lives as he can be. He knows that to truly be the father he desires he must comply with laws, rules and authority, Mr. Ellis has a wonderful support system and anticipates a further with the mother of his children.
Mr. Ellis now fights the machine that is the criminal justice system in the hopes of truly obtaining a second chance at life. yet this too he cannot achieve alone. He and so many others desire a better life but are trapped by a prison identification number and the revenue they bring the state. Thus, he is now seeking the involvement of any and all who find themselves concerned or compassionate. You can not affect a change without first making an effort. He now asks you to be a part of a change on the behalf of him as a father, son, brother and uncle of so many. Mr. Ellis humbly asks that you voice your support by signing this petition so that he can go home to his family. This petition could be the first move of many to bring long overdue relief to so many people deserving another chance on the outside of these prison walls. Thank you for your time and consideration.
